well we will first start with Boeing .
BOEING-:
THE dream of flying is as old as Mankind itself . After the first successful Flight in 1903 by Wright brothers William Edward Boeing an American Aviation Pioneer founded the Boeing company in 1916. It manufactures, and sells airplanes, rockets, rotorcraft , Satellites all over the
World . Airplanes like Stratocruiser 377 , B-707 , B -747 , B-777 , B-737 and now B 787 are the
famous Airplanes manufactured by Boeing.

- The Boeing 737 is the best selling commercial Airline jet in Aviation History produced as of 2015 and B-737 MAX will be its successor in future .
- It Produced The Biggest Jet of its Time The 747 Jumbo (Queen Of the Skies) .
- B -777 has become the trusty long-haul workhorse for the world's international airlines with its GE90-115BL1 Engine one of largest jet engine ever built .
- The B-787 makes greater use of composite materials carbon fiber reinforced plastic and other composites in its airframe and primary structure than any previous Boeing commercial airplane making it light weight ,fuel efficiency and providing range flexibility enables carriers to profitably open new routes as well as optimize fleet and network performance.
Airbus-:
Airbus is a leader in designing, manufacturing and delivering aerospace products, services with operations for commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence and space. It is owned by EADS an Europian Aerospace Company has its headquarters in Blagnac France . This was a Joint Europian Dream project to promote European technological progress and also to compete with American companies like Boeing .
The Airbus A300 was to be the first aircraft which was designed, made and sold by Airbus Industrie and the first flight was commenced in 1972. Though A 300 was not that successful yet it received orders from different Airlines from all over the world . Then further modification of A300 into A310 Aircraft was also made for betterment . But the real success for Airbus came when it launched its first Fly By Wire Aircraft The A 320 . After its success there was no looking Back and Airbus went on and on with A 319 , A 321 and long wide bodied fleet like A 330, A 3240 , A 350 and the Mighty Jumbo A 380.

Technical and Operational Differences
- ➤Boeing Uses EICAS (Engine indicating and crew alerting system) . It is an integrated system used in Boeing aircrafts to provide aircraft crew with aircraft engines and other systems instrumentation and crew annunciations. EICAS just presents you with instrument readings & you have to work out what it means & find you necessary Check list if required.
1. ➤ Where as in Airbus ECAM ( Electronic Centralised Aircraft Monitor ) technology is used . ECAM is more advance as ECAM will tell you what is happening and bring up the appropriate checklist as you work through the list thus
minimizing the reaction time and work load of pilots.
2. ➤ Boeing aircraft primarily feature a traditional "yoke" system, which allows pilots to directly control the plane :
2. ➤In contrast, Airbus aircraft use a "fly-by-wire" system via a joystick which transmits electrical signals to control the Airplane .
3.➤ Boeing Aircraft's have a pointed Nose which seems to me to imply better aerodynamic qualities, less drag etc.
3.➤ Airbus has a bit curved round and fat Nose unlike Boeing .
4.➤ Boeing uses Winglets which are a new type of wingtip that are used primarily to increase fuel efficiency. Boeing has winglets that can be seen on their single aisle aircraft – 737.
4.➤ Airbus uses Wingtip fence which are tiny triangular winglets which does the same work
of reducing wingtip vortices and decreasing Drag increasing fuel efficiency .All current A318, A319, A320, A321 and A380 aircraft have these devices.
But recently Airbus started adding winglets similar to Boeing aircraft's on its New 320 series
they all them Sharklets 😀
On Recent Boeing 777s and 787s they started using Raked wingtips so no more traditional winglets and on 737 MaX they are using Advanced technology winglets.
Boeing winglets / Airbus wing fence
5. ➤ Boeing trusts more on pilots , they can supersede the Fly-by-wire automatic commands by exerting enough force on the controls. The pilot can compleatly override the computerized flight control system to permit Aircraft to be flown beyond its usual flight - control envelop during emergencies .
5. ➤ Airbus trusts more the fly by wire system than pilots, if the system is fully functional under Normal law it will always have priority over the pilots to protect the aircraft and keep it in the envelope. It will not permit pilots to fly outside the envelop . still pilots can do nonstandard maneuver in Airbus but within the limit of Flight envelop .
6.➤ In Boeing the strobe lights sequence is One flash per second .
6. ➤ In Airbus the strobe lights sequence is typical double flash per sequence .

⟹ This will continue till these both companies exist and the differences between them will prove who is superior among both. Well above were the very few and
simple differences i described for simple understanding .
